1st time here. We walked in, greeted & right away they had our #, as we waited a few minutes (it was really busy.) Once we were sat, we were greeted in less than a minute for drinks. Justin was a great server. Knowledgeable of the menu, had us try each of the wing sauces, stopped to make sure we have everything we needed and wanted (before we were close to being empty.) Impressed w/Justin, his communication & service on his other tables as well. Management (Leah & another in the back, whose name we can’t remember), Justin did a great job at making us wanting to come back The teamwork & communication throughout the restaurant was impressive. Everyone was everywhere, getting food, clearing tables & talking w/guests. We look forward to coming back

We came in tonight for a quick bite after work, we just ordered appetizers but we sat at a table in the bar an Amber was our server. She was Amazing. Great knowledge over the menu, very attentive and very friendly. The food was great. Our only issue was it was 11:45 when we came in so we ordered our food quickly, we thought the kitchen closed at 1, so we put our order in right away, however as we sat and observed the bartender, however friendly he was, we were disgusted with his cleaning techniques. He was wiping down the bar and the well over a full bin of ice that servers in the bar get their ice from to make soft drinks, we observed him spray either disinfectant or glass cleaner into the stainless steel well as it was dripping off the side into the ice on the side closest to us before he could wipe it down. Thoroughly disgusted, cross contamination, definitely won't be back anytime soon if ever. Great hire on Amber though!

Awesome bar and great food! This time I got a shrimp burger. It was awesome. The other staple are the chicken tenders with their awesome sauces ! The cookie and ice cream is just perfect! Perfect amount of each!

Let me tell you.. some of the best food I’ve had in a while. We walked in about 2 PM on a Saturday, not super crowded. We were greeted by our friendly waiter, and he took or order with no papers, no nothing. We thought he would probably mess something up, but no. It was spot on accurate, even while he was juggling multiple orders. Great service, some of the best salad I’ve ever had, and overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend if in the Greenwood area.

Love it! Parking gets a little full, so you may have to park a little down the strip mall. But the food is wonderful. The service is great! T.V.'s all around with sports on. Lots of seating. I always enjoy their live music, and have a great time. A great place to gather with your friends and family. Highly recommend.

If a pizza lover, I highly recommend that you give this place a try. We tried an array of pizzas; the meat lovers, deep dish make your own, BBQ pizza, and simple cheese pizza, all was delicious. They were busy but still attentive with great service.

I like Ale Emporium. They have a good sized menu so everybody can find something that they like. I have a friend who doesn't like their pizza but I certainly do. I need the margherita pizza so no meat on mine. I do not much care for their cocktails though! They are definitely underwhelming. The hubby likes their wings and their tenderloin.
